You must have legal capacity to enter a contract and provide accurate information. If you purchase for another person, business, or group, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and will communicate relevant safety and product instructions.

Store Information

We work to display descriptions, colors, dimensions, compatibility notes, availability, and prices accurately. Screen colors, handmade variation, measurement methods, and manufacturing updates may cause reasonable differences. Images may include props not sold with the product.

Orders and Acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may limit quantities, request verification, correct errors, refuse or cancel orders, or discontinue products. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount.

Product Fit and Compatibility

You are responsible for checking dimensions, vehicle or RV compatibility, voltage and power source, load limits, mounting surfaces, campsite rules, intended environment, and included components before purchase and use. Product suitability depends on the specific vehicle, installation, weather, terrain, and user.

Safe Use of Outdoor and RV Products

• Read and retain instructions; inspect before each use.
• Keep flames, heat, fuel, and carbon-monoxide sources away from enclosed spaces and combustible materials.
• Secure rooftop, trunk, cabinet, and interior cargo before travel and recheck attachments during a trip.
• Use furniture, mats, shelters, and sleep products only on appropriate stable surfaces and observe stated limits.
• Keep electrical connections and charging ports dry unless expressly rated otherwise.
• Do not rely on consumer camping products as emergency, rescue, life-support, fall-protection, or permanent structural equipment.

Prices, Payments, and Taxes

Prices and promotions may change before purchase. You authorize the displayed charge and are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and payment-provider fees unless checkout states otherwise.

Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy are incorporated into these terms. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Returns require prior authorization and must meet eligibility requirements.

Intellectual Property

Store content, branding, text, graphics, photographs, layout, and other materials are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, scraped, republished, sold, or commercially exploited without permission.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not misuse the store, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, impersonate others, commit fraud, violate law, infringe rights, or interfere with other customers or store operations.

Disclaimers and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store and products are provided subject to stated specifications and applicable warranties, without additional implied guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, including missed travel, reservations, revenue, or substitute purchases. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims and costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the store or products, violation of these terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

Changes, Severability, and Contact
