How payments, verification, prices, and transaction security work at Savrenna.

Accepted Payment Methods
Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include major credit or debit cards and accelerated payment options supported by our store. Availability can vary by location, currency, device, and payment provider.
When You Are Charged
By submitting an order, you authorize the selected payment provider to charge the displayed total, including applicable product charges, shipping, taxes, and duties shown at checkout. A pending authorization may appear before the transaction is completed.
Currency and Conversion
Prices appear in the currency shown on the storefront or checkout. Your bank or card provider may apply currency conversion, international transaction, or other fees. Those fees are controlled by the provider and are not charged or refunded by Savrenna.
Payment Verification
Orders may be reviewed for fraud prevention or payment verification. We may request additional information, cancel an order, limit quantities, or refuse a transaction when details cannot be verified or suspicious activity is detected.
Secure Processing
Payments are processed through third-party payment services using their security measures. Savrenna does not directly store complete card numbers or card security codes. No online transmission can be guaranteed completely secure, so customers should protect their devices and account credentials.
Pricing Errors and Promotions
We may correct typographical, pricing, availability, or promotion errors before fulfillment. Discounts cannot be combined unless stated. If an error materially affects an order, we may contact you or cancel and refund the affected item.
Failed or Duplicate Charges
If payment fails, confirm your billing details or contact your bank. A duplicate pending authorization often disappears automatically. If two completed charges remain, contact service@savrenna.com with screenshots that hide full card details.
